Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships (MNVPs)

We deliver independent MNVPs for Integrated Care Systems in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset, putting people’s lived experience at the heart of improvements in maternity and neonatal care.

Our MNVPs are delivered and managed locally by experienced teams of committed staff and volunteers, with support from our head office and consultancy team. Through these partnerships, we work with diverse communities, service users and providers, to make sure that maternity and neonatal strategy, service design and delivery are informed by people’s views and experiences.

How we work

Our dedicated partnership teams of staff and volunteers are supported by our specialist central services and consultancy team, including communications, research and engagement.

We work collaboratively with clients, service users, and other stakeholders to design projects and partnerships with a clear purpose, and to maximise the impact and sustainability of what we do.

We connect and engage with the communities we represent and listen to people’s experiences and feedback about the services they use. We bring service users and providers together to build shared understanding and to collaborate on designing new ways of working to improve quality and accessibility of care.
