Post-COVID syndrome in Gloucestershire
As more and more people are being diagnosed with post-COVID syndrome (long COVID), Healthwatch Gloucestershire investigated people’s experiences of the condition and the health care and support they have received in Gloucestershire.
The findings were shared with Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust to help them understand how to provide patients with the best possible care from diagnosis to treatment, including better communication about the condition and the care and support that’s available.
