We share your stories and views with those responsible for services in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly to help them develop and improve maternity and neonatal care for everyone. Wheal Fortune postnatal ward pilot
Have you stayed on the postnatal ward since 3 February 2025? We would love to hear your feedback about the pilot – supporting partners/support people to stay overnight. Please take 2 minutes to complete our quick survey. All information gathered is anonymous and will be used to support the decision about whether to make this change permanent.
Maternity Journey Survey
Birth, pregnancy and beyond. This survey is for anyone who has had a baby in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly in 2024 or 2025. Your voice matters! Hearing about what it is like for families on the ground in Cornwall is so important and makes such a difference! Please take a few minutes to share your experience.
How we use your feedback
We will share your anonymised feedback with the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) board to help them understand how to develop and improve local maternity care. The LMNS board members include representatives from the Cornwall Integrated Care Service, heads of midwifery from NHS trusts and other providers of maternity and neonatal services, consultant obstetricians and public health representatives. Your feedback will help us continue to work together on the transformation of maternity and neonatal services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The South West Neonatal Network is one of 10 networks in England. It collaborates clinical professionals, managers, commissioners, neonatal families and the voluntary sector to ensure delivery of high-quality care that is centred on infants and delivered in partnership with parents and families.
