Pregnancy or baby loss care
If you have experienced a pregnancy or baby loss, we are grateful for your time to answer these questions. The information you provide will help to improve existing services, and develop new ones, to meet the needs of families affected by the death of a baby or pregnancy loss in the future. Your views are, therefore, important to us.
How we use your feedback
Your anonymised feedback will be shared with the Somerset ICB and local NHS Trusts to help shape and improve maternity and neonatal services across Somerset. By sharing your experiences, you will help inform ongoing work to transform and develop local care for families.
For more information about how we handle your data, please read the Evolving Communities Privacy Statement at evolvingcommunities.co.uk/privacy.
Neonatal care
The South West Neonatal Network is one of 10 networks in England. It collaborates clinical professionals, managers, commissioners, neonatal families and the voluntary sector to ensure delivery of high-quality care that is centred on infants and delivered in partnership with parents and families.
Share your experiences of neonatal care to help improve, develop and celebrate the successes of services in our region.
