Pregnancy or baby loss care
If you have experienced a pregnancy or baby loss, we are grateful for your time to answer these questions. The information you provide will help to improve existing services, and develop new ones, to meet the needs of families affected by the death of a baby or pregnancy loss in the future. Your views are, therefore, important to us. Share your experience
How we use your feedback
We will share your feedback with the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) board to help them understand how to develop and improve local maternity and neonatal care. LMNS board members include representatives from the Somerset Integrated Care Group, heads of midwifery from NHS trusts and other service providers, consultant obstetricians, and public health representatives. Your feedback will help us continue to work together on the transformation of maternity and neonatal services in Somerset.
