Tenant Satisfaction Surveys
We offer one-off and ongoing tenant satisfaction surveys. In addition to the core Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) question set, we offer a range of additional surveys that will give you a more nuanced understanding of your customers’ experience.
We can do this by online and postal survey as well as telephone and face-to-face interviews.

Customer engagement
Consultation
