We want to hear about your experiences of maternity and neonatal services, whether positive or negative, and welcome your ideas for improvement. Your feedback helps us understand what is working well and where changes are needed.
We share what you tell us with the organisations responsible for maternity and neonatal services in Gloucestershire, helping them improve care for parents, babies and families. All feedback is anonymised before it is shared.

How we use your feedback
Your anonymised feedback will be shared with the Gloucestershire ICB and local NHS Trusts to help shape and improve maternity and neonatal services across Gloucestershire. By sharing your experiences, you will help inform ongoing work to transform and develop local care for families.

Neonatal care
The South West Neonatal Network is one of 10 networks in England. It collaborates clinical professionals, managers, commissioners, neonatal families and the voluntary sector to ensure delivery of high-quality care that is centred on infants and delivered in partnership with parents and families.
